Problem Note 61764: Base SAS® 9.4 crashes after after you select Help ► SAS Help and Documentation

When you use Base SAS 9.4 and select Help ► SAS Help and Documentation, your SAS session might freeze and then crash without a warning.
This behavior occurs when the MVADocWin.dll file is referenced while the SAS® Documentation Viewer attempts to load. You might see an error message that is similar to the following:
